Shipping Policy
1. Currently Hazzit Mkhulu only delivers goods using courier services.
2. Delivery costs are subject to change and at any time without notice to the User.
3 Delivery costs are stated on our website when finalising purchases at the User cart stage, when the User Checks Out.
4 Additional delivery charges will be communicated for larger and heavier packages as costs on the website may only indicate costs for standard size and weighted products. Users will be contacted to make any necessary additional payments for larger and heavier items.
4.1 The same additional charges will apply for deliveries in outlaying areas and or deliveries to areas out of Gauteng.
5 Normal delivery turnaround time is between 2 - 5 working days. We will notify Users should we not be able to deliver within this standard time period and an alternative solution will be offered to the User.
6 Hazzit Mkhulu shall deliver ordered products to the physical address provided by the User and Hazzit Mkhulu shall not be responsible for any loss or unauthorised usage of delivered products after delivery to the physical address provided by the User.
7 Delivery of product to the physical address provided by the User thus concludes our obligations at time of delivery. Thus ownership, benefit, and risk relating directly/indirectly to the goods will transfer from Hazzit Mkhulu to the User at the point of delivery at the User's selected physical address.
DIsclaimer
1. User usage of this website shall be at the User's own risk with the User taking responsibility for all risks and losses that may result from usage of this website or reliance to any information derived from the site.
2. Hazzit Mkhulu is not to be seen as making any form of representations, warranties, of any kind or nature with regards to the integrity of any information presented on the website and this shall include exemption from liability of any such representation made by Hazzit Mkhulu representatives.
3. Hazzit Mkhulu shall be exempt from any losses, damages and or costs caused by or relating directly or indirectly to the User's usage of this website.
4. Products provided shall be taken without any guarantee or warranty of any kind or nature and may extend to tangable and intangible aspects or value or nature of products.

In addition to our disclaimers also contained in our Terms and Conditions, we do not confirm that the information and or files on our website is free from viruses, destructive code or related computer malice which could disrupt or negatively impact the security and function of the User’s computer system ( hardware or software).
